ZEN Boutique Hoi An - Eco-Friendly Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at Zen Villa. The location is great, it’s not far from everything but feels peaceful and tranquil. We had a beautiful room with a balcony, plenty of space, a ceiling fan and aircon, and a bath. I loved seeing the geckos stuck around the place and hearing the frogs croaking from the field next door. Our stay also included a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, homemade yoghurt and a choice of pho or eggs (fried or omelette). All of the staff were very kind and attentive staff. We were especially grateful to Huonh who provided some excellent recommendations for activities in the area.

Luxury accommodation with family-run feel! The staff are so lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. My partner wasn’t feeling too well for the last few days of our stay and the staff were so caring and thoughtful in making her feel better, including making some warming homemade tea on various occasions and being really flexible with housekeeping! Property is in a great location away from the noise of the old town but still easily accessible on foot or by a quick taxi. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day every day. Great facilities from a speedy and reliable laundry service through to tips and logistical help in arranging activities / excursions. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be returning!

Staying at Zen Boutique Villa was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the lush greenery and the serene atmosphere, beautifully infused with traditional Vietnamese charm. It felt like stepping into a peaceful sanctuary. Each morning started with a light, fresh breakfast – simple yet delicious. Everything was made with care, using clean and wholesome ingredients that left me feeling refreshed and ready for the day. What made the biggest difference was the staff – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. They helped arrange airport transfers, recommended fantastic vegetarian restaurants, and even guided us to the best spots for shopping and sightseeing. Their hospitality made me feel truly cared for. The room was spacious, clean, and full of natural light, with a cozy and calming design. One of my favorite parts was the central swimming pool – always cool and crystal clear, thanks to the smart overhead cover that kept it shaded from the sun. I would absolutely come back here and will be recommending Zen Boutique Villa to all my friends. It’s a perfect retreat for anyone seeking tranquility, authenticity, and warm-hearted service.

From my arrival, expectations were surpassed. A very warm welcome, a quick guide to the town’s layout and map were provided along with tips for services such as laundry. The very lovely large room, contemporary bathroom, and super comfy bed made my stay very enjoyable. Breakfasts made in house were varied daily and very generous portions. I really enjoyed the location: just a short walk from old town but far enough away to get away from the crowds while having services and shops just out the door. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a visit to Hoi An, you won’t be disappointed!

The location was perfect. We wanted to be somewhere within walking distance to ancient city tourist cites, nice restaurants and bars, but still wanted somewhere a little bit quieter. The Zen Boutique was a perfect location that met these wants. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive, before and throughout our stay. We liked how spacious, clean and full of natural light the our room was. The breakfast, which we could choose from was also excellent :) I would definitely re-visit and recommend to whoever is planning on visiting Hoi An.
